What was the highlight of Smartr Lloret de Mar
Good
You can see that it was a 5 star hotel, years ago. Great location in a quieter part of Loret. Large terrace, huge beds and hot tub. Good price.
Poor organization, the staff should receive training on how to deal with guests. Long registration. Big mess everywhere, during minor renovations inside the hotel. The offer does not match what is presented online. No TVs, hairdryers, toilet paper. Dirty carpets. Constant problem with electricity in our room, popping plugs. For 8 days, no one asked about changing bed linen or towels. Nobody asked about anything. The people at the reception didn't even say good morning. Nice pool, unfortunately only a few sunbeds, still occupied.

Small beautifully appointed luxury boutique hotel a block from the beach. The Hindu themed Spa is magnificent . Very quiet and private property . Marta at reception was great!

Spacious room with excellent facilities. Amazing inside Indian Bath! Our children didn't want to leave the kids club:)
